Expiroll is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of Expiroll. They supplement our general Terms of Service, which apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Expiroll. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.
What you buy
Expiroll: a free bulk checker for domain registration expiry and SSL certificate expiry, and a waitlist for a monthly monitoring plan that is not open yet.
Check results are shown on the page as soon as the lookups finish. The monitoring plan opens on Nov 30, 2026; until then nothing is sold and no payment is taken.
Expiroll is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are shown before purchase. Digital purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments: for those purchases, Link (a Stripe service) is the seller of record. Link collects payment and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipt, and offers order and payment support, and the terms shown at checkout also apply to your purchase. Where checkout does not show Link as the seller, Stripe processes the payment for us and we are the seller. Either way, we provide the product, and these Terms govern the product itself.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Link (link.com) for purchases sold through Link, or by contacting support; no further renewals are charged and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or the refund terms below say otherwise. If we change the price, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal.
Refunds
Nothing is sold yet, so no payment is taken. When monitoring opens, cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the month already paid.
To ask for a refund, contact us (below) with the email address used at checkout. For purchases sold through Link you can also ask Link support, which may issue refunds under its own policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.
Product terms
- The checker shows dates published by domain registries, read from web servers and found in public certificate logs. They can be missing or out of date; confirm renewal dates with your registrar and certificate provider.
- The free checker is offered as is, without a guarantee that a lapse will be caught.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use Expiroll lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) that breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide Expiroll to you. While your subscription is active, you may use Expiroll for your own business, and the documents and data you create with it remain yours. This website, the software and our materials otherwise remain ours.
No guarantee of results; disclaimer
We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, Expiroll is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Expiroll or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Expiroll in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
